The continuing success of Prescient Business Consulting has prompted the recent move from its roots in Edgbaston to a new office in the heart of the city’s professional and financial area – Brindleyplace.

Since launching just over 6 months ago with David Thomson as Founder and Managing Director of Prescient Business Consulting, the business has gained a number of large, international clients and still has ambitious plans for future growth.

The move to ultra-modern office space in the iconic building, 3 Brindleyplace, which occupies a key position in the central square, has also seen Prescient continue to expand its team.

Appointments have been made in Performance and HR – increasing the portfolio of services to their clients across a variety of industries. The management consultancy firm now offers a wide and complementary range of solutions including: Strategy, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Leadership Development and Culture Transformation.

Kate Marsh has joined the business as Partner – HR & Culture, bringing with her a wealth of experience from senior HR roles and delivery of culture change projects. Together with her team, Kate is responsible for providing HR support to clients.
