Each year we allow employees paid time off work undertake a voluntary project for a charity or not-for-profit organisation that they feel passionate about and is close to their heart.
Volunteering in the community
We have chosen to support the Mayor’s Mentors scheme. In conjunction with West Midlands Combined Authority, the initiative launched by the Mayor of the West Midlands, Andy Street, helps to give young people the life skills and advice they need to flourish and succeed in life, no matter what their background.
